Run Happy, Run Healthy
I believe in 'whole person health'; this involves looking at the whole person - not just focusing solely on targets such as weight loss or running quicker - and instead consider multiple factors that promote or hinder sustainable health and wellbeing improvements.
My philosophy is for the mind, body and soul to all 'run' happy & healthy. Aligned as one, whatever that looks like for each client.
This means every client's coaching plan is personalised according to their goals but what ensures their success is a 360 approach to health where exercise, smart nutrition and mindset are all considered. This helps and empowers individuals to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

Fuelled by Positivity
This reflects my approach to life which has helped me develop resilience and my "can do" mindset despite the adversities in life I have faced. I use my extensive knowledge of psychology and past experience of working with individuals with mental health difficulties to coach my clients to master a positive mindset. With the accountability of regular check-in's, support of weekly mindset activities and encouragement through 1:1 mentoring, I help clients believe they are worthy of, and able to, achieving their goals.
