I specialise in supporting you to boost your mental health and emotional wellbeing through harnessing the benefits of running, smart nutrition and a positive mindset!

My coaching plans are perfect if you are looking to:

All coaching plans include:

  • An initial 1:1 consultation with me for goal setting and co-creating your unique coaching plan.

  • A 360 approach to improving mental health and emotional wellbeing including:
    • Setting exercise targets and goals
    • Cross training approach including strength training, Yoga and Pilates
    • Analysing your diet and lifestyle with personalised recommendations
    • Interactive weekly personal development activities.
  • A fully personalised and flexible coaching plan to fit around your lifestyle delivered and accessed via an easy to use app - TrainingPeaks.

  • In-app feature to provide 'real time' feedback after each session.
  • Weekly check-ins to reflect on your progress and modify plans as required.

  • Support, encouragement, accountability and reassurance - I will be here to support you every step of the way! The level of 1:1 support you receive depends on the package, please see below.

 

I pride myself in making my coaching plans as accessible to everyone as possible. This has led to 3 tiers of coaching plans depending on the level of 1:1 support you'd like alongside following your coaching plan.

Bronze Package - £49 per 4 weeks

Weekly support

The Bronze Package is for those who respond well to the structure of an online coaching plan and are able to follow this independently without additional coaching support.

You will receive weekly support through the TrainingPeaks (basic account) app where I will check-in with you each week. This is where you can share highs and lows of the week as well as any changes you would like to your plan for the following week.

Additional 1:1 consultations are available as required i.e. setting new goals and challenges.

Silver Package - £99 per 4 weeks

Support in-between check-ins

The Silver Package is for those who would benefit from additional ad-hoc advice and guidance in-between weekly check-ins; for example checking how to carry out a workout or clarification on the personal development activity set.

You will receive ad-hoc support via WhatsApp with any queries or questions responded to within 24hours.

You also get a TrainingPeaks Premium account on me! That's a £16/month value for free! This enables you to provide feedback in 'real time' after each workout which enables further personalised support and training recommendations as required.

Additional 1:1 consultations are available as required i.e. setting new goals and challenges.

Gold Package - £149 per 4 weeks

Ultimate support

The Gold Package is for those who struggle to find the motivation or confidence to start and maintain a coaching plan.  Clients often need additional 'boosts' during the week to help develop their positive mindset.

You will receive the highest level of coaching support via WhatsApp with me as your "coach in your pocket". I will be walking alongside you to reassure you, talk through your anxieties and help you remember how far you have come.*

To support you even further, this package also includes 1:1 pacing at certain 5/10K race events too.**

Lastly, you will get a TrainingPeaks Premium account on me! That's a £16/month value for free! This enables you to provide feedback in 'real time' after each workout which enables further personalised support and training recommendations as required.

* I am not a qualified counsellor and so this in relation to developing a positive mindset with a focus on your coaching plan and goals. I aim to respond within 24hrs.

 

**In person pacing is built into your programme according to your goals and not unlimited. Availability depends on location and date.
