Using a range of specialist coaching tools and techniques, a Health Coach works with clients to set realistic and achievable goals. We know how the body works, how to create fitness plans and have a good understanding of nutrition. I am trained to educate, empower and support clients to make positive changes to improve their health and take control of their life.
Health coaching enables people to create real change in every aspect of their life. I focus on improving mental health through nutrition, running, developing a positive mindset and general wellness.
This means I can assist with a range of health-related goals including weight loss (or gain), improving fitness, achieving a gym or running goal, improving energy levels, managing stress, digestive problems, detoxification and developing a more positive mindset.
